Anonymized IP addresses, browser types, and standard event tracking (e.g., page views, form submissions) via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to assess website performance and protect against automated spam.
3. How We Use Information
We process information strictly for functional business purposes:

- Managing ad campaigns on client-approved platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Responding to project discovery requests and support questions within one business day.
- Issuing invoices, milestone statements, and tax-compliant receipts.

4. NDAs & Strict Confidentiality
Every custom development and marketing relationship is backed by standard confidentiality. We execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) whenever requested before discussing proprietary concepts, user databases, or custom logic.
We do not share, sell, or rent your contact details, code, or customer lists to any third party. Ever.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
To run projects efficiently, we rely on established enterprise infrastructure:

6. Infrastructure & Data Security
All traffic between your browser and tuplemedia.com is encrypted with 256-bit TLS/SSL protocols. Internal access to client codebases, server access keys, and project briefs is restricted strictly to senior team members directly assigned to the engagement.
7. Retention & Permanent Deletion
We maintain project documentation for the duration of active contracts plus any subsequent warranty and maintenance periods. If you choose to end a project engagement, you may request permanent deletion of your staging databases and temporary credentials by emailing Support@tuplemedia.com. Requests are completed within 5 business days.
8. Your Data Protection Rights
You have the right to:
- Review the personal and business contact details we have on file for your account.
- Request corrections to any inaccurate records.
- Request complete removal of your email from optional marketing announcements.
- Request a signed copy of our data processing agreement for your compliance audit.
